Terms and Conditions
1. Diglo Teach provides online English learning services to students of all ages and levels.
2. Payment is required upfront for the selected package of lessons. Packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.
3. Lessons must be scheduled in advance and cannot be adjusted or rescheduled within 24 hours of the lesson time. Failure to attend a scheduled lesson will result in a non-refundable missed lesson.
4. Diglo Teach reserves the right to cancel or reschedule lessons due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to technical issues, teacher absence, or force majeure events.
5. Students are responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary equipment and software to access and participate in online lessons.
6. Students are responsible for attending lessons on time and being prepared with the necessary materials and equipment.
7. Diglo Teach reserves the right to terminate services at any time if a student engages in behavior that is disruptive or disrespectful to the teacher or other students.
8. Diglo Teach is not responsible for any technical issues or interruptions in service that may occur during the course of the lessons.
9. All personal information and academic records of students are kept confidential and are not shared with third parties without the student's consent.
10. These terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice.
By enrolling in Diglo Teach's services, the student agrees to these terms and conditions.
